-Look for a champion you want to learn about
3) Analyzing Video
-Find a way to organize your observations (chart, diagrams...)
-Pausing and writing observations
-Looking for: technique, strategies, effort,
-Find interviews with this athlete
-Compare different athletes
-Big idea - How did they become champions?
4) Making a Poster
You poster should have:
- A picture of the athlete
- A short bio of the athlete
- What helped this athlete to succeed (personal qualities, support, skills)?
- How did this athlete succeed in the Sochi Olympics? What did you observe when you watched the videos?
- What does the athlete say about his success in the interviews (if possible)?
- The score, comparison of the results with other athletes (your math goes here).

Your goal is to be able to answer the two key questions about your chosen
event. You will need to plan out the smaller questions that will help you to
answer these challenges. Create thought webs to help you think about these
questions.

Follow the plan you developed and keep thinking about new smaller questions
that will help you to reach your goal.
Step 4 - Mini-Presentation
Share what you have discovered about your event and listen to feedback from
peers, teachers and parents about new ideas that you could find out more about
to help your understanding.

After the Sochi 2014 event for your sport actually occurs, you will analyze
the results to explain the factors during the event that helped one competitor
